Jonathan Napier

Founding Partner

Jonathan Napier has over 30 years of environmental consulting and management as well as a deep knowledge of real estate development. Jonathan has provided wetlands and environmental assessments for hundreds of projects and properties including public rights-of-way, institutional, private development, and wetlands mitigation banks. As a result of his involvement in the wetland mitigation banks, he has 20 years of
land/timber management and habitat restoration. Jonathan is one of the very few professionals who has successfully permitted 8 wetlands mitigation banks. Jonathan has a unique understanding of mitigation and conservation as well as the monetization of conservation and preservation opportunities.

Edwin Stanford

Founding Partner

Edwin Stanford has over 30 years of development and construction experience. His resume includes the design, permitting and management of well over 500 projects
including single-family residential subdivisions, multifamily residential, industrial and general commercial with a collective value of well over $500,000,000 in Florida,
Alabama, Texas and Arizona. Edwin is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a
licensed Realtor®. He has transacted millions in real estate and leases and has a broad
understanding of development strategies and financing structure.
