Partner With Land Equity Partners.
Build Multi-Million Dollar Projects. Work at the Edge of Development and Conservation.
Work With Us
Most real estate careers keep you inside one lane. Residential. Commercial. Brokerage. You execute someone else's plan on someone else's deal.
A Land Equity Partners field partnership puts you inside a different kind of project. Multi-million dollar residential, commercial, and conservation developments in high-growth markets. Two income streams on the same land. A model that very few people in the country know how to execute.
Apply to Become a Partner
You become the hands and feet of LEP in your market.
You source deals, build landowner relationships, represent LEP in negotiations, and manage local execution. In return, you carry a deal-based equity stake in what you build.
Who This Is For
The right candidate has an entrepreneurial track record and a working knowledge of real estate acquisition or development. You understand basic financial models. You communicate clearly and operate with integrity. You know what you know, and you're honest about what you don't.
This is not a salaried position and it is not a franchise. It is a working equity partnership for someone who wants to build something real alongside people who have already done it
Where We Are Looking
We are actively building partner relationships in Texas, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, and Colorado.
The Next Step
If your background fits and the model interests you, schedule a call with Ed or Jonathan. We'll have a direct conversation about whether there's a fit.
No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest look at whether we're right for each other.
-
It is a business opportunity structured as a 1099 equity partnership. There is no salary. You earn a deal-based equity stake in the projects you source and help execute. The better the deal, the better your position in it.
-
No. The right background is entrepreneurial, with experience in real estate acquisition, land brokerage, or development. You need to understand how deals work and how to build relationships in a market. Ed and Jonathan bring the technical depth. You bring the ground-level execution.
-
Sweat equity is the baseline. Capital contribution is possible but not required to participate. The structure of each partnership is deal-dependent.
-
Partners operate within a defined geographic territory. The boundaries are established when the partnership agreement is signed and are based on market size and demographics.
-
You submit a brief bio and application form. If there is mutual interest, Ed or Jonathan will schedule an interview. From there, the process moves to agreements and a six-month trial period on an active deal. We move deliberately because the partnerships are real and the stakes are real.
